Boxing is considered to be the hardest sport because it requires not only physical strength and agility to compete, but also a high level of mental toughness. The fighter must have the ability to absorb punishment, yet keep fighting. They must also be able to take punches and land punches themselves, while being able to dodge or deflect incoming punches. Furthermore, the fighter must have an incredible amount of stamina and endurance, as 12 rounds of intense fighting can take a toll on any athlete. To be successful in boxing, a fighter must not only have strong physical attributes, but also great mental focus and determination.
