Overall, I feel the UFC is a much better product now than it was when it began. The rules and regulations, production quality, and overall star power of the UFC have all seen dramatic improvements in the last few decades. Nowadays, the UFC features the best athletes on the planet competing in the world’s premier mixed martial arts promotion. The fighting is of a much higher technical quality and viewers are often in for a thrilling and memorable experience. Meanwhile, many of the names in the UFC are household names and often draw big audiences to the events. The UFC has also steadied out to become a more consistent and reliable product and many of the rules, including weight classes, have been updated and refined.
