Aziz Ansari is an American actor who became famous for his role as Tom Haverford in the hit show Parks and Recreation, and he’s also a standup comedian and writer. In 2016, Kanye West was planning for the Saint Pablo tour, and he asked Ansari to open for him, which Ansari accepted. Ansari then went on to be the opening act for West for the duration of the tour, performing his own standup sets each night in front of thousands of people. This was a major breakthrough for Ansari, and he went on to become one of the most popular standup comedians in the US.
