To fight for the UFC, you will need to demonstrate a high level of skill in one or more martial arts disciplines. It helps to have a background in martial arts, such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, Muay Thai, taekwondo, boxing, wrestling, or another similar style. You’ll also need to be in excellent physical shape and be prepared to work hard in the gym. Once you have trained, you will need to contact your local UFC office in order to become an official fighter.
