First, you will need to have iCloud set up and logged in on both the old and the new iPhone. If you have already done that, open WhatsApp on the old phone and go to Settings -> Chat Settings -> Chat Backup. Tap on Back Up Now. Then, go to WhatsApp on the new iPhone, sign in with the same phone number and Apple ID you used on the old iPhone and follow the steps to restore the backup. Your WhatsApp chats and media will then transfer automatically.
